MamGu Welshcakes

MamGu Welshcakes make and sell traditional and alternative welshcakes from the stunning harbour village of Solva, Pembrokeshire.  They welcome dogs inside the cafe and when the sun is shining the seating to the front is stunning.

The Grove, St Davids

The Grove is an SA Brains pub in St Davids, the food is really lovely, there are plenty of tables and designated areas where dogs are welcome inside and outside the pub.  The beer garden in the summer is outstanding.

Solva Woollen Mill

Solva Woollen Mill are specialist weavers of pure wool floor rugs in our Tapestry design and beautiful stair runners.  They display and sell their own work along with that of other local, talented crafts people.  You can buy cakes, snacks and hot drinks in the cafe, well behaved dogs are welcomed inside on leads.

The Old Pharmacy Tea Rooms

Specialising in loose leaf tea, homemade cakes, and fresh crab sandwiches, the Old Pharmacy is the ideal place to sit back and relax, well behaved dogs are welcomed inside rain or shine 🙂  Water and a free dog biscuit is provided for all 4 legged visitors.

Cafe on the Quay, Solva

Located right on Solva Quay you can enjoy hot and cold drinks, lunches, snacks, cakes and icecreams!  Dogs are very welcome on the quay on leads and the cafe has outdoor seating on their veranda where they welcome dogs.  Great food and stunning scenery.

The Cambrian Inn

Located in the harbour village of Solva in Pembrokeshire. The Cambrian Inn provides delicious food both inside and out.  Restaurant quality food and service with a lovely beer garden to the front for those warmer lunch times and evenings.  Dog are welcome inside between 12 and 5 for lunch service and then welcome on the patio in the evening.

Located right by Solva Beach and car park, 35 Main Street offer wonderful lunches, evening meals, snacks, cakes, hot drinks, cold drinks, ice cream and they are licensed! With seating inside and out, it is situated right next to Solva river and just a few steps away from Solva Beach!  They welcome dogs both inside and out, perfect at the end of a walk on the beach.

Pointz Castle Ice Cream

As you head towards Solva from Newgale you will see the sign on your left for Pointz Castle Ice Cream, don’t drive by! If you like Ice Cream you must stop here!  It’s made on site, it tastes beyond delicious, there is a play area for children and your dogs are welcomed inside too!
